Rates for 2016

A 15% discount is applied to the cost of the second and subsequent weeks of Saturday-to-Saturday bookings.

Bed linen and the cost of fuel are included in the above rates.  Towels, if required, are available at a cost of £5 per person per stay.

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, payable by credit/debit card via PayPal.  The balance is due, along with a refundable Security Deposit of £150, six weeks prior to the date of arrival and is payable by bank transfer (or via PayPal, subject to a 2% handling charge).

At the end of the stay, guests are asked to strip the beds of used bed linen and hand back the gîte in a clean and tidy condition.  The cost of any excessive cleaning will be taken from the security deposit.
